Massage Techniques

Massage is one of the best known healing arts. It is used globally to promote and regain health. In a high stress world, there is an increased demand for skills to reduce mental tension and physical discomfort as well as restore a sense of overall well being. A demonstration on CD-ROM gives you fully illustrated, hands-on-instruction in today's most popular massage style.

You will take 11 complete lessons during the Massage Techniques Course. They will challenge and stimulate you, yet are still easy to follow. To start each lesson, you will see a preview of the subject matter and a list of learning objectives, along with a short note from your teacher and a list of new vocabulary words.

The reading assignment is next. By completing practice exercises, you will be able to check on your progress and review what you have already learned. You will understand each technique better after watching a demo video. An open book exam, which may be completed online, will be at the end of the lesson.
