At The NEW Therapeutic Massage program at Florida Career Institute, students are given the skills and knowledge necessary to become a massage therapist. Students learn to implement different styles of therapy so they can perform the various methods necessary to succeed in their exciting career. While practicing and mastering the techniques of Swedish massage, sports/athletic massage, hydrotherapy, orthopedic massage, spa/body treatments, neuromuscular therapy, and Eastern-related modalities, students gain a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology.
