The program in sports and rehabilitation therapy is both theory-based and skills-focused.

The focus of this program is to compliment students' basic training with new strokes and techniques applicable treat and prevent sports injury (i.e. massage before, during, and after sporting events). Additionally, students will be taught preventative techniques that will assist athletes in lowering their risk of injury. There are four classes concentrated in Sports Therapy, in which students can expect to learn, define, and explain terminology from the athletic community to describe and understand common pathologies and injuries. The scope of their practice includes, but is not limited to, how to properly recognize, assess and treat athletic related injuries. Our students will learn techniques to treat and rehabilitate the active community, including biomechanics, range of motion, and therapeutic exercises and modalities.

Massage Therapy Diploma program requires 60 units and take 40 weeks to complete.
