Professional Massage Therapy - Associate in Specialized Business:This program in Massage Therapy provides training for beginning a career in Massage Therapy. Students develop the skills necessary to perform an extensive therapeutic massage focusing on whole body wellness while maintaining massage protocol. Graduates of the program may take the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and are prepared for employment in a diverse setting as hospitals, medical offices, spas, health clubs, rehabilitation centers, and their own private practices.

Our extensive Massage Therapy program can furnish you with an exciting entry-level career working as a professional massage therapist. Students get the knowledge they require for developing massage protocol and for performing an extensive therapeutic massage, focusing on whole body wellness.

Upon completion, the graduate may work in a number of different settings, like hospitals, rehabilitation centers, medical offices, spas, health clubs, and even in their own private practices. Furthermore, graduates may sit for the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Also graduates are able to work in the newer positions in the doctors? offices, medical clinics, and other medical facilities. They may carry the job title as medical office support personnel, medical clinical assistants, and laboratory assistants.
