MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage Therapists are in high demand due their skills in pain relief, rehabilitation and relaxation therapy. You can be prepared for a rewarding career as a massage therapist in a spa or clinical setting or even in a private practice with our Massage Therapy programs. Through this program, students learn various massage therapy techniques to enable them to best assist clients with their particular problem areas and concerns. In addition to treatments specific to individual sites, techniques include Hydrotherapy, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy.

Employment opportunities for this program include different positions in massage office, Physicians office, medical centers, chiropractic offices, nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, health clubs, fitness centers, spas and resorts, hotels, cruise ships, beauty and hair salons, pain management centers, and sport team facilities and can also do private practices.
